Director of Emergency Services
In this position, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing and evaluating organizational programs and
activities
- Daily ongoing activities of assigned area
- Mentoring of managers, coordinators and other staff
- Integrating organizational mission and values into all behaviors and
responsibilities
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in health-related field; master's degree preferred
- Current RN licensure in Ohio
- 5 years' experience in an appropriate health career with a minimum of 3 years' prior management/leadership experience
- Excellent communication sills
- High-level problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and develop policies, plans and procedures to achieve goals
